Description
The Segway Navimow X390 is the top model in Segway’s X3 series, a wire-free robot lawn mower for lawns up to 2.5 acres (about 108,900 sq ft). It uses the same EFLS 3.0 navigation as the rest of the line: RTK satellite positioning combined with VSLAM, visual-inertial odometry (VIO) and a three-camera VisionFence system that sees 300° around the mower.
What stands out
- Coverage for big properties: it’s rated for up to 2.5 acres.
- Camera-backed RTK: camera navigation keeps it on track near tree lines and buildings.
- Slope and cut: it handles slopes up to 27° (about 51%), cuts up to 4 inches high, and has a 9.3-inch cutting width.
- Optional string trimmer: an add-on attachment can trim edges.
Who it’s best for
Homeowners with 1.5 to 2.5 acres of mostly gentle-to-moderate terrain who want to stop mowing entirely. If your lawn is smaller, the X350 (1.5 acres) or X330 (1 acre) will cover it.
