Q: Why are the blades seem loose after fastening the screws?
This is normal. The blades can rotate freely after being attached to the blade disc. When mowing the spinning blade disc will generate centrifugal force to keep the blades pointing outside so that the blades can cut grass. When hitting an obstacle, the blade will turn inside.
Q: My Navimow displays solid red light after repair. What should I do?
A solid red light effect indicates that there is no connection between the charging station and the mower. If either the charging station or the mower is not powered on or plugged in, the other one will flash a solid red light. Interference in the environment may also cause short-term communication abnormalities, and a red light will appear, which will usually go off by itself and will not affect your use. If the power supply of the mower and the charging station is normal, but the solid red light still appears frequently, please contact the after-sales service.
Q: Why my mower’s working hour shortened after fully charged?
Usually, the battery ages after a long period of use, and the working hour gets shortened. You can contact your dealer and have the battery replaced to resume the previous working hour. Besides, the working hour of Navimow can get shortened when running on a lawn with complex conditions, such as long grass, complicated layout, etc. In this case, to reach the ideal working hour, you can mow the long grass with other mowing tools first and if possible, adjust the garden layout to a simpler one.
Q: How does the mower connect to the charging station while charging?
When pushed into the charging station, the charging strip on the mower will firmly contact the contact strip on the charging station. Therefore the battery can get electricity input from the charging station until the battery is fully charged.
